Anxiety & Depression
At least one in four individuals in the US suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder every year. Two-thirds of those individuals do not seek treatment. Anxiety and depression are two of the most common mental illnesses in the US and worldwide. Both can have a negative impact on one's overall health and increase the risk of developing other health issues. When managing anxiety and depression, I work with my clients holistically, and understand the physical and emotional complexities that are contributing to their mental illness. I offer functional testing, holistic nutrition, lifestyle interventions and personalized nutraceuticals to address anxiety and depression at the root cause and promote overall health and wellness.
