Join us for a FREE transformative meditation session to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul on April 2 at 5:30pm!
Together, we will dive into a unique session led by Dr. Mansi to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner calm. Let's unplug from the chaos of the "outside world" and recconect with ourselves through breathwork, mindfulness practices, and guided meditation. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or are new to meditation, this session offers a supportive space to explore the profound benefits of relaxation and harmony with like-minded individuals.
The first session on April 2 is free for all individuals. All future sessions will be $20/session or $50 for a bundle of 4 sessions!
